What is the platform usage fee?
When you issue an invoice or deposit receipt, TaskPaws spends usage credits against a platform fee. You can charge clients a 1% Platform fee line (plus tax) or absorb it at 0.89% from your credits with no client line. It is separate from card-processor fees.
Do you hold or process our clinic's money?
No. You keep your own Square, Stripe, PayPal, or Adyen account synced in the platform. Your money continues going directly to you. TaskPaws never holds your funds.
How do monthly processing credits work?
Each plan includes monthly credits (1 credit = 1¢ of platform fee). Credits renew with your billing cycle. You can buy packs at face value, and configure auto-recharge to top up when balance reaches a threshold you choose.
How difficult is it to migrate my existing data?
We provide dedicated onboarding specialists for Business and Elite plans who will handle your data migration securely and efficiently, ensuring zero downtime for your clinic.
Do you offer a free trial?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing (prorated charge applies immediately). Downgrades are scheduled for your next renewal so you keep current plan features until then.
